Network Marketing Training - What To Do When Your Network Marketing Company Does You Wrong!

Network Marketing has its share of problems. Network Marketing company owners change the comp plan because they want more money. The problem is you worked hard and you earned that money.

“I’ll just give up because I’ll never get anywhere in network marketing.”

Hold on a minute! Giving up on the network marketing industry just because a company has done you wrong make about as much sense as giving up on food because you had a bad meal.

There are greedy network marketing company owners. There are network marketing company owners that lie. There are network marketing company owners that line their pockets and are looking for ways to cheat you.

SO WHAT!

There probably aren’t many instances of network marketing blog posts featuring the lyrics from the Osmonds (featuring the lead voice of thirteen-year-old Donny Osmond) but here we go…

“One bad apple don’t spoil the whole bunch… give it one more try before you give up on network marketing.”

O.K., so I added the part about network marketing, but the rest of the lyrics are accurate.

If you’ve been in the industry for a long time and you’ve been successful, dealing with unscrupulous network marketing company owners is an even harder pill to swallow. If you’re one of the top leaders in your network marketing company you may have even had a close relationship with them which makes it even more difficult.

So now that we’ve depressed the living daylights out of you… let’s get to the good stuff.

That’s life! I can’t help but use some more lyrics… these time from Frank Sinatra (chances are pretty good ole Frank has never been featured in a network marketing blog either)

That’s life, that’s what all the people say.
You’re riding high in April,
Shot down in May
But I know I’m gonna change that tune,
When I’m back on top, back on top in June.

Are you ready for the really good part?

Network marketing is an amazing industry and it has changed so many lives. Are there greedy network marketing company owners? Yes. But greedy people are everywhere, in every industry.

Are you going to let them steal your dream?

When you get knocked down just get yourself right back up and dust yourself off because brighter days are coming.

You can achieve success in network marketing.

You can achieve life changing success in network marketing.

Don’t let network marketing company owners or your upline, downline or crossline team members steal your dreams.

I cannot count the number of times that I’ve said I’ll never do another network marketing business again.

Thankfully after going through the five stages of grief…

Denial - “This cannot be happening.”

Anger - “Why is this happening to me?”

Bargaining - Trying to convince whoever has done you wrong to stop doing it!

Depression - Frustration, anger, bitterness and losing the belief that your situation will ever get better.

Acceptance - You realize that you can’t change it but you know that you can build a bigger better team than you have ever built before!

You will come out of this experience prepared to do more than you have ever done before.

Whatever you do, do not let anybody steal your dreams!

I agree with all you’ve said Scott.
Network Marketing has always appealed to me as a great opportunity
to earn a great living, providing you find the right company.

To me it’s similar to a Franchise except it’s not as expensive to start up. My problem with Network Marketing businesses is that they either go out of business or their constantly changing the compensation plan.

You come in to the company hearing about those who took off for 1 year, 2 years or 5 years and still received their residual but now suddenly your in and hearing that suddenly the rules have changed.

You can’t work hard anymore and create a big team and then take off for
1 year, 2 years or 5 years, because now you have to keep on producing.

It’s been my realization for sometime that although this is much better than
getting a part time job, it’s not really my own business.

I do feel that the company that I’m currently with is amoung the best.
Not only do we offer a much needed service but the owners are aggresive
    in growing it.

The bottom line is that the company will always be the owners priority and
the IBO must always have plans A,B and C.

Scott, your so right on the money. It’s just a shame when everything is going the right direction and greed gets in the way. I know of the company you are talking about. It really was and is helping people. We have to move forward, not backward.

Scott, this is great information for people who have been cheated by their company. You should never give up on your dreams because someone else changes the comp plan or gets greedy. Life is too short to let cheating owners steal your dreams.

    Keep up the good work,
    Thanks,

Hey Scott, you could even relate this to Church. Because alot of the feelings and actions you are talking about are found there too. I know because I’ve been there. And also in the business world like you mentioned, and there again I’ve been there.

We can’t let anger fester up inside of us because like you said, it will destroy our dreams. Very well put and I say that Network Marketing is the Perfect Business model. So let’s get pout there an Do It.
